Santa Claus
Today Kyle Elementary was doing a fundraiser and they were taking pictures with Santa Claus. The pictures were $5 so we thought, what the heck, we'll do a trial run at the school in preparation for the "real" Santa at the mall. The most we'll lose is $5 if it turns out bad and the money benefits our local elementary school...win, win, right?...The girls HATED Santa. Not only were they screaming sitting on his lap but both were quivering with fear...literally shaking! Thank goodness the lady snapped the shot quickly and within 10 seconds they were off of Santa's lap and back in the safety of Momma and Daddy's arms. Whew! Needless to say, we are going to save ourselves about $35 and the girls another breakdown and forgo the mall Santa this year. Even though they are both crying in the picture, it turned out pretty cute!

ReplyDeletePoor traumatized little babies! At least you got them to go near Santa...Carson kept about an 8 foot distance between him and the jolly ole elf! I love my little monkeys...and they still look beautiful even though they're crying!
